Shipping policy

Inland Delivery (Portugal)
Orders are currently being processed and dispatched within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your order has been dispatched and is on it’s way to you.
All paintings up to size A4 are packaged in rigid cardboard mailer envelopes which ensure their safe delivery. paintings size A3 upwards are packaged in postal tubes.
All paintings are sent via CTT
Orders may be sent in multiple packages due to the order size.

Estimated delivery time
Once dispatched within 3 - 5 business days, CTT parcels typically takes 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

International Delivery
For our international customers our A4 paintings will be shipped in board back envelopes and all larger paintings are shipped in tubes by a carrier local to your destination. A tracking link will be provided with your order.
We ship worldwide and orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Delivery to Europe is within 7-10 business days excluding weekends.
Delivery Worldwide is within 7-10 business days but due to customs, could take a few days longer.

Please be aware that all of the timescales listed above are estimated times, please refer to your tracking reference for further information.

Customs and Import Taxes
All custom charges are to be paid by the customer.
If the customer chooses not to pay the custom charges and the item is returned, we will refund the item minus the postage/carriage and a small handling cost.
If ordering from Europe or worldwide, please bear in mind the added custom/VAT fees. We have no control over the amount charged.
